Commercial – the candidate must provide a solid work history and their proven success in collecting on overdue Business-to-Business balances. Along with documentation that supports their ability to exceed their goals every month, first and third party collections experience is required.

Consumer/Retail - candidates are screened carefully for a solid work history in collecting on consumer debt in a first or third party collections company. Experience in FDCPA, skip tracing and auto dialer are required. All candidates must be able to provide documentation proving that they have met and exceeded their monthly goals.
