Vacation Days

Employees will be eligible for one week paid vacation after 1,200 hours worked within a nine-month period. The vacation pay will be based on the current hourly rate of pay multiplied by forty.

Employees are encouraged to take vacation days between job assignments since there is no guarantee the same job will be available after the vacation. Employees may elect to receive the payment in lieu of days off and continue working on the present job assignment. Please provide your recruiter at least two weeks notices prior to vacation time.

After an employee has taken vacation days or pay, accumulation of 1,200 hours within nine months will begin eligibility towards the next vacation. If an employee voluntarily separates from the company, or is discharged for cause, the employee will not be paid for any unused vacation time.

Employees who are terminated by the Company during the course of the year, under circumstances other than a termination for cause initiated by the Company, and who have not taken all the vacation days for which they are eligible, will be paid for the remaining unpaid vacation time.

Holiday Pay

After you have worked 1,200 hours within a nine-month period, you are eligible for paid holidays. You will be paid at your current hourly rate for number of hours you would normally have been scheduled to work on the holiday, up to a maximum of 8 hours.

We observe the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

To receive holiday pay you must be at work or on an authorized absence on the work days preceding and following the holiday.
